In 2003 I was running a video game store and we had the monthly Xbox magazine demo disk in our interactive unit. It would have been from one of the issues between August 03 and March 04. Ok, myself and others have went through this many times before. I do understand the whole concept of probable cause, and prints inside of a vehicle that belong to a stranger could be consider as such. I am not denying that a persons prints that belong to a stranger to the victim is very suspicious. But, where I tend to differ, is that it is enough to convict that person, without first getting more evidence, ie (stolen goods, eye witness, etcc..) I even agree that a person with prior thefts or burglaries would make a great suspect and a conviction would be highly likely. Still I do not see how prints alone are enough to make a conviction. Simply placing a person at a scene, proves nothing other then they were there at one time. Not necessarily at the time of the crime. Just to arrest and charge a person with a crime because you can place them there seems a bit much. Hell anyone could be arrested for a crime if that was the fact. Citicop, you mean to tell me if you were investigating a burglary and you discover prints inside of the location, then you would arrest and charge that person, no questions asked? What type of investigation is that. If it was that easy to bring charges on a person, then a lot more people would be proven guilty just because they were at the scene. It seems that an interview would come first. If that person cannot be found or chooses not to talk, then you really have nothing. Hell someone could place anyone at a scene of a crime and commit it themselves, and frame a person. All I am saying is there has to be more evidence in my opinion to prove guilt. I am not denying that people have been locked up with such evidence, but even in those cases, there was more evidence. It was not just a case were a persons prints were found inside of a location, and a crime was committed, BAM guilty as charged. I have also read cases where that very evidence was found to be insufficent to hold a conviction. It goes both ways. Personally, I cannot see a DA, taking a case with just prints.

About a month ago my PC crashed and using a windows xp cd that i got from an old case of cd's i installed windows again...doing so on my d drive by accident as i hurriedly needed to retrieve important files....upon opening up windows newly installed, none of my programs were installed however my files were there....A month on and my d drive (21.05 GB) is completely full, not even allowing me to run disk cleanups and download security updates for norton internet security 2010....i also get frequent "low disk space" notifications for my d drive which is now home to "doents and setttings", "program files" and "WINDOWS"... my C space meanwhile has 69% of its space free (89.2 GB)..... is there any way to move data from my d drive to my predominantly vacant C drive.....ive tried this in safe mode but i am not allowed to do this......can anyone offer any solutions??

Alright im a huge fan of the RE series and i love a good challenge. Well im also not very creative and the biggest challenge ive done was to complete the game using only a non upgraded pistol on professional difficulty. I am currently on chapter 5-2 so i havent completed it but i need your own creative challenges that will put me to the test. Challenges that will make the game truly a survival horror. Or if you have any mercenary or downloadable content challenges then feel free to post them. Thank you so much for your time and any challenges that pop up i will most certainly give them all a shot. LOL not to mention that the pistol only challenge is a straight up pain in the a**! its extremely fun and sometimes stressful but you and your partner will get so f****d up by the enemies that you will just simply have to laugh at your failure. 26 weeks and already have cellulite and stretch marks!?

What the heck. Before getting pregnant, I had a little cellulite on my thighs but it was barely noticeable. Now I found I'm getting cellulite on my sides!! and my legs and even my ! My chihuahua is 4 months old and 41/2 lbs? Isn't that huge for a chihuahua?

On chihuahua growth charts for 16 weeks, the max weight it has is 59 oz. (3lbs 11 oz). I think my puppy is going to be abnormally big for a chihuahua. I found a site that said double weight at 4 months and add up to 10 lbs but that would be 9 lbs at the least! Thats huge for a chihuahua. She was the runt and her parents were about 6 and 7 lbs each. When my cat had the same symptoms a few months ago, I had to take her to an emergency animal hospital and it was initially thought, based on her symptoms, that she had an intestinal obstruction. But after x-rays showed nothing like that, they did blood work and found out that she had pancreatitis (also a VERY serious condition, which can be life-threatening if not treated quickly). No matter what your cat's specific problem turns out to be, you're risking it getting worse by not getting immediate vet care. And if it turns out to be a serious health problem, you're risking his life. PLEASE take him to a vet!

PLEASE READ!!! Having trouble coping with young father's death.?

I am currently 28 years old. About a week and a half ago, my 55 year old father(whom I was very close with) ped away due to a mive stroke that he suffered at work. He lasted barely one day on the ventilator in the ICU and then my younger sisters,aunt, grandmother, and I made the decision to remove the ventilator. The first few days after his death I was extremely upset, and I feel that I am slowly coming to grips with the situation, I went back to work this past Monday and I feel like I have absolutely no drive. Ok, i got false nails put on 3 days ago. I didn't like the way they looked, so i tried to get them off the same day. I snapped the tips off, leaving the acryllic still on. So i soaked the tip of my fingers in acetone for like half an hour. The acryllic was still on, so i done it for another half an hour. I can recall being in the shower one night and noticing these lumps at the top of my leg, kinda inner thigh, shock horror. So I mentioned it to the Pilate's Physiotherapist who burst out laughing? I have never seen lumps like this, so why was she laughing? Seems my lumps were something called muscles! I also think it is a cardio exercise as it teaches you breathing and you have to breath a certain way depending on what exercise you are trying to achieve. I am now Menopausal and I umed I would pile the weight on and my get bigger? Well, no weight and my s have shrunk, so I ume the Pilate's kicked my sluggish system into over drive? Freaking Out About Report Card!!!?

There is nothing you can do to change it at this point, so I wouldn't really fret too much about it. If you have issues with getting anxious before tests, report cards, and such, I suggest you start evaluating what you can change and what you have no effect on. You'll have to do this with work ignments and other things in life also - so I think you should start now. Try to evaluate everything you are worrying about and be honest with how much you can change them at this point forward. If it's in the past, you can't change your actions - so focus on right now and forward. Then evaluate what needs the most attention versus what you can affect the most and put your efforts on whatever is at the top. Since you can't affect the last one, you might as well work on a plan that targets your science cl. When you are having issues with a cl, you should know it before report cards come out. Try to ask the teacher for things for extra credit and such. If you know you have a 98 in one cl, then take your study time away from that cl and focus on the one you are having trouble on. I know it's hard to not focus on things we can't change, but it's really unproductive and often detrimental to moving forward. Best of luck.

Help!! xbox 360 won't read discs?

I was in the middle of playing a game and my xbox 360 told me that it couldn't read the disc. I tried a few games, and a screen comes up that says "to play this disc, put it into an xbox 360 console". None of the discs were scratched, so I know that isn't the problem. My system is no longer under warranty, so I have tried opening the system up. I have cleaned the lens and everything else extensively, but I am still having the same issue. Also, I know that the disc drive isn't completely fried, because I am still able to play dvds just fine on the system. Does anyone have a fix for this, preferably without me needing to bring my system to a repair shop?

Should I take the USDA or FHA loan?

I am stuck at this moment trying to figure out what loan I should use. I have saved up the 3.5% for the down payment on an FHA loan. But it would be nice to save that money by using the USDA loan which requires no down payment. Now, the FHA is at 4.875% on a 153,000 loan after the 3.5% down, and the USDA is at 5.25% on a 158,000 loan with no down payment and no MI. Both monthly payments are about the same with the USDA being about $40 less. Could someone please tell me what would be best? It seems like they will be virtually the same with the exception of about 5400 dollars in cash if i went with the USDA. I am just trying to save myself money and at the same time make money when I do resale. PLEASE HELP!

This high maintenance *****...?

About a year ago I meet this girl. She was a waitress at a restaurant and I was making fun of her, nothing personal. We went out on a date and she blew me off most of the night and demanded that I'd "entertain" her. She was relieved I wasn't pissed when I took her home. Things only got worse. Mind you, I was "kinda" seeing one other girl at the same time. She is also casually dating other people (hypocrite). Any attempts to impress this high maintenance chick only got shot down either to my face or behind my back, yet supposedly she acts like she expects me to be her soul mate. Things went to hell when she'd put up defensive away messages or sobby ringtones on her cell phone like something terrible or weird happened everytime i called her, which wasn't as much as I could have. I eventually get tired of it and put up defensive away messages of my own. She finds out through a bunch of nosy girlfriends that I am "talking" to, not even having (yet) with other girls, and devises to diabolical plan involving all of my so-called friends to "catch me in the act" over something I easily could have told her about or mutually talked over if she wasn't being so snobby about life. I chose another girl over her because I was sick of her condescending bull. And I'm positive she slept with one of those friends that same night out of revenge. She's a hypocrite and a backstabber and I would honestly knock her out like any other guy if I ever saw her again. (Oddly enough, I think that's what she likes about me. But I don't even try or strive for a reputation like that). I think it's just a ton of insecure mind games and my expense and I've had enough. I have other things to worry about, too, like everyone else. I've heard stories but I had not idea high maintenance girls were THAT surreal. You can only take responsibility for so much before the ball is in the other persons court. Anybody know what her deal is in her mind, or motivation or have any experiences like this with high maintenance girls. You shouldn't have to babysit anyone who wouldn't do anything for you. Period. I wouldn't even WANT her to be apart of my family in the near or distant future after that. This girl has no problem crossing the line just to get what she wants out of people, and she's going nowhere with it.

When i see an old homeless man i feel very sad, but not when they are young?

Ok, so heres the thing; when i see an old homeless man i feel so sad and pitiful and i always try and give them some money or i sit and talk with them for a while. however, when i see a middle age (25-50) homeless man i dont feel the same way. i feel annoyed that they ask for change and slightly disgusted by their appearance. Also, if im watching a movie and it shows an old man crying or happy or something, it sends shivers down my spine, but not when its a middle aged man. If you've ever seen "A Knights tale", the scene where Will is reunited with his blind father, and the father starts to cry with happiness, i burst into tears. heres the thing, im a 16 year old boy and i hardly ever cry. i have provbably cried 3 times in the last 5 years. what is wrong with me. why dont i feel the same way when someone younger is homeless, or when someone younger cries in a similar situation.
