Perscribed macrobid at 36.4 weeks pregnant?

Ok so I was told to take macrobid because of a uti and im 36.4 weeks pregnant. Well on the pamphlet it says not to take if you are in the last 2-4 weeks of pregnancy. I talked to my friend that works in a pharmacy and she talked to her pharmacist and told me not to take it because of the risk of anemia. But my doctors says it's ok????? Don't know what to do doctor say one thing but pamphlet and pharmacist say another.
