PLEASE READ!!! Having trouble coping with young father's death.?

I am currently 28 years old. About a week and a half ago, my 55 year old father(whom I was very close with) ped away due to a mive stroke that he suffered at work. He lasted barely one day on the ventilator in the ICU and then my younger sisters,aunt, grandmother, and I made the decision to remove the ventilator. The first few days after his death I was extremely upset, and I feel that I am slowly coming to grips with the situation, I went back to work this past Monday and I feel like I have absolutely no drive. How long did it take for you to feel like you were somewhat "back to normal". I still feel pretty numb from the situation. However I keep thinking about the severity of his stroke and how the doctor said that there was "absolutely no possibility of regaining conciousness". I would like to hear your thoughts.
