Has anyone heard of a money lender called Axel Cadman?

I'm just wondering if anybody has heard of a money lender called Axel Cadman? I have seen his advertisements on a few sites(Irish). He states to be a certified, reputable, legitimate & and accredited private money lender. I have tried to find more info on him to see if he is legit, but can't find anything. Has anybody heard of him or know if he is legit?
