Omg please help me with my diet...i binged!?

Evaluate why you are binging. Is it because of stress? emotional eating? Are you not eating enough during the day so you're starving at night? Eating at regular intervals can prevent a binge if you're not doing it for emotional reasons. If you find you are emotionally eating, seek a therapist or keep a journal every time you binge and the reasons surrounding why you did it. Also, if you can afford it see out a registered dietitian. Good luck!
