QUESTION ABOUT STDs (teen male)?

ino this is a stupid question but do u need to have ual to catch an STD... so im sixteen male and the other nite hooked up with several women in a niteclub.... btw i was pissed hence the memory loss... i didnt have (as to my knowledge)... i woke yesterday morning to discover a rash and pain ping urine.... that is still there today...so could you catch an std through close contact... ino this is really stupid but cant ask anyone else..
