I Secretly Really Really Like This Guy But.....(HELP!)?

My friend is attracted to this guy and a couple of years back she had a huge crush on him and was jealouse of some of her other friends because they went out wiht him.When I first met him I didnt like him but now I really do.I think he might like me to but she thinks the same thing.Im afraid to tell anyone that I like him.Not her or even my best friend.Should I still try to snag him or ust let it go.Its not like hes number one on her to do list or anything and hes not on mine but i do see mysef like i could really go out with him and if he asked me out id really really reaaly wanna say yes.
