The fastest way to get help for your cat is to get him to a vet's office (or even better, an emergency animal hospital) right away. When my cat had the same symptoms a few months ago, I had to take her to an emergency animal hospital and it was initially thought, based on her symptoms, that she had an intestinal obstruction. But after x-rays showed nothing like that, they did blood work and found out that she had pancreatitis (also a VERY serious condition, which can be life-threatening if not treated quickly). No matter what your cat's specific problem turns out to be, you're risking it getting worse by not getting immediate vet care. And if it turns out to be a serious health problem, you're risking his life. PLEASE take him to a vet!
