I am buying set of brakes of ebay and i need help?

I am wanting to buy a set of Hydraulic brakes and the ones its on ebay the disc is 203mm and180mm and my bike is 160mm 180mm and i was wondern if i could get 160mm &180mm disc it would be ok. Or will it only fir a 180mm and a 203mm.
