Can someone please help me get my hair like this?!?!pix included..?

iv been super jealous of one of my cousins, im 17 and shes only 13 but shes so so so pretty. people say we look exactly alike but she has like the best hair ever. anyway, i saw a picture of her the other day and she had this hairstyle (somewhat), she has thicker hair(so do i). so anyway, can someone please help me to get my hair like this? i have black hair, about medium length and its pretty much straight,i usually have to flat iron it because it gets puffy after taking a shower, so i need something to get this hairdo..but i dont want to have to wear a lot of hairspray or something like that because i dont want it to be hard. the one time i tried to curl it (cuz i have a curling iron but apparently its only to curl the bottom part of my hair and i have no clue how to use it), it didn't work and looked so messy. please help someone!!!
