My cat gets frequent bladder infections. What can I do to prevent them?

I would take him to another vet for a second opinion. There has to be something that can be done. I would monitor how much water he is drinking. Also, avoid any flea or tick preventives. Wet (canned) food is better than dry, as kibble is known to cause urinary problems. I hope you can find something that helps him.
