Does the tag team Harlem Heat belong in the WWE hall of fame?

Since the WWE was planning on inducting former WCW guys this year.I would think a team that won like 8 tag titles and was very key member of the WCW tag division for a long time before splitting up.I know guys like Road Warriors and Steiners belong too.Then they only split up when the NWO got a little stronger and needed a muscle guy like Stevie Ray.
