UMBC vs. UMD for Pre- PT?

Which school is better for those who persue in physical therapy? According to what I know, many people say that University of Maryland is better than UMBC but I've read the website from UMD and noticed that its physical therapy page does not offer an indept insight on the "program" I'm not even sure if it offers a program because it says it doesn't offer a degree. On the other hand, UMBC offers a bachelors degree. I'm don't know; exactly which school is best suited for pre-physical therapy?
